Dr. Guidry is
ready to answer your questions about the practice, and how we
may be able to help you. You can schedule a 30 minute
consultation with him to review your symptom survey form. He
will explain the services offered. If you choose to become a
patient, additional information and a complete health history
will be needed. These forms can be completed in the privacy of
your home.
Your First
Visit
When you
arrive for your initial appointment, you will undergo a
combination of orthopedic, neurological, and
functional
examinations along with nutritional and/or laboratory testing.
Normally, the examinations and laboratory tests will be cover by
your insurance plan. What is not covered by your insurance may
be applied to
CareCredit®.
Your Second
Visit
Your
next consultation will consist of a report of findings based on
the results of all the tests. At this time, he will work with
you to devise a treatment plan which will be a combination of
nutritional supplements, microcurrent therapy, and chiropractic
care that best suits your needs. Again,
CareCredit® may be an
option for you since not all insurance plans are equal.
Follow-Up
Visits & Beyond
You will
be given instructions for taking your nutrition, suggested
dietary changes, and you will be scheduled for series of visits.
Upon completion, you will be reexamined using the appropriate
tests. Again, a report of findings will be given to you. At
this time you may choose to continue with care or not. Some
individuals, who have more severe or chronic conditions, will
require additional care.
